ADEON ANALYTICS / PRIVACY
Privacy notice.
This site collects personal data in exactly one place — the contact form — and uses it for exactly one purpose: answering your enquiry. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. This notice sets out the rest.

01 / Who is responsible
The data controller is ADEON Analytics I.K.E., a private company registered in Greece (Γ.Ε.ΜΗ. 188139837000, VAT EL803046464), headquartered in Vrachati, Korinthia, Greece.
For anything in this notice, write to info@adeonanalytics.com.
02 / What we collect, and where
The contact form. When you send an enquiry we receive what you type: your name, your work email address, your organisation if you give it, the enquiry type and area of interest you select, and the free-text description of your operational context. Nothing on the form is collected silently.
Email. If you write to us directly instead, we hold your message and address in our mailbox in the same way.
Access logs. Like any web host, our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, requested page, time, browser type — for security and to keep the service running. We do not use these to identify or profile visitors.
03 / What we do not do
04 / Why we process it, and on what basis
We use the information you send us to understand your enquiry, respond to it, and — if it leads somewhere — to arrange a briefing, scope a pilot, or prepare a proposal.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) and, where an enquiry is a step toward a contract, the need to take steps at your request before entering into one (Article 6(1)(b)). You are never obliged to give us anything; the form simply cannot be answered without an address to reply to.
05 / Who processes it on our behalf
The site is hosted, and form submissions are received, by Netlify, Inc., acting as our processor under its data processing agreement. Netlify may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Our email provider processes messages sent to and from our mailbox. No other party receives your data unless the law requires it or you ask us to share it.
06 / How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them, and for up to 24 months afterwards so that we can pick up a conversation that resumes. If an enquiry leads to a contract, the related records are then kept for the life of that relationship and for the period Greek commercial and tax law requires. Hosting access logs are retained by our provider for a short, rolling period for security purposes.
07 / Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to confirm what we hold about you and receive a copy; to correct it; to erase it; to restrict or object to its processing; and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on legitimate interest, you may object at any time and we will stop unless we have compelling grounds to continue.
To exercise any of these, email info@adeonanalytics.com. We respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), 1–3 Kifissias Avenue, 115 23 Athens — www.dpa.gr — or with the supervisory authority of the EU member state where you live or work.
08 / Changes
If what this site collects ever changes — for instance if we add analytics — this notice will be updated first, and the date at the top will change. We do not apply changes retroactively to data already collected.
